I'm not a specialist but this is how I'm thinking things work:

If you are using a dial-up connection this may happen if the user who has had 
your current IP before you also runs an mldonkey client. The clients which 
were connected to this client will try to reconnect to the IP they expect 
where the client is. If the IP has changed they will instead try to connect 
to the computer which has the IP now (yours).

I think you don't have to worry about it.
