I doubt this, overnet_port is =>2000 and =<22000:
let overnet_port =
define_option downloads_ini ["overnet_port"] "port for overnet"
int_option (2000 + Random.int 20000)
To get back to Stefan:
On the 'official' eMule the Client-UDP-Port is fixed at TCP-Port + 10
(but you can still enable/disable it).
On some Mods I've seen it's seperately configurable.
