I had the same problem here when I first tried to install 2.02-5. As
it says in the error message:
BH> cd config; autoconf
BH> /bin/sh: autoconf: command not found

Just install autoconf.
It worked perfectly for me after installing the package.
Seems like versions prior to 2.02-5 did not need autoconf.
