           "dont propagate overnet sources": sources propagation packet 
                do not contain any information about the kind of source
                (eDonkey or Overnet) propagated. This information is needed
                to connect correctly to the sources.
                We can either:
                * stop using standard packet types, and add that
                  information to new sources propagation packets
                * stop propagating overnet sources altogether (that patch)
