The IP ranges can be figured out from the www.ripe.net whois database easily
enough. I really believe I have a lot of dead sources because of dynamic IP
ISPs, which wastes memory/net traffic, etc.
This Novell NetMail web service determines line length, I have no control over
it.

This is true but this isp has a lot more ip-ranges!

Not a bad idea...dont know how hard it is to implement that but i
surely know that your line wrapping is a *very* bad idea! Please cut
your lines at 78 chars! Otherwise its *very* hard to read!
