[Mldonkey-users] Feature Request: blocking of non-complete files (MD4s)

Hi all!

I want to ban files (by MD4) which are not fully downloaded so they will not 
be added to the download list again even if I try.
I could add the MD4s to the download.ini by hand, but I would have to stop the 
client.
The reason is simple. Looking for good quality rare science documentaries I 
really often get long lists of already deleted files. Too lazy to read the 
full list I want to select all files found and click on the download button 
without adding the bad quality files.

Is there a chance that this is added to any of the interfaces?
