Hi,
Today I updated to v. 2.02-8 but that version causes a lot of upstream.
I don't use the max_hard_upload_rate option of mldonkey, because even
if I enter 1 the UL goes sometimes upt till line limit.
I use my own TC script:

<snip>
#Class for shaping
$TC class add dev ppp0 parent 1:13 classid 1:21 htb rate 64kbit ceil 88kbit
prio 2 # traffic

# Mark the packets that comes from mld.
$IPTABLES -A OUTPUT -t mangle -m owner --pid-owner $PID  -j MARK --set-mark
21
</snip>

this works fine till v. 2.02-5. It limit's the outgoing traffic to max.
12kb/s
and keeps the latency low.
But if I start the new mldonkey (v2.02-8) there is a lot of upstream
(16kb/s,
DSL line limit) which seems to be not affected by my shaper script.
I don't think taht my shaper script is wrong because it works for all former
versions. (<= 2.02-5)
I think that the new overnet support or sth. causes a very high request
rate,
or packets that don't have an owner so that my script won't work.
If I kill mldonkey I've an upstream of abaout 3~4kb/s. Iptraf shows that
this are "RESET" packets to clients that tries to connect me.

I deleted also all ini-files and made a "recover_temp". But over the whole
day i've very low DL-rates (maybe through the limit of my UL-Bandwith)

And now I switched back to v2.02-5 AND WHAT THE HELL I SEE,
I've a AMAZING d/l Rate of > 80 kb/s for nearly 30 minutes

So my next question is, why do I (and maybe others too) get high DL-Rates
when I delete the INI-files.
I'm using v2.02-5 quite a long time and can't remember to have so high DL
in the last week.
