Ok. I have set force_high_id = true and mldonkey is working.

It was a naive question. Basicaly I wanted to know whether
the test at http://www.thedonkeynetwork.com/connection_test
and mldonkey both use the same method to get the IP.
You have answered that below.

It should be my client, as it fails if I kill mldonkey.
