recover_temp should do the trick. It just takes some time, since all
checksums for the chunks must be downloaded again and the chunks verified.
But after some time (depending on the availability of the file) the files
should be nearly fully restored to their original state. (incomplete chunks
are lost, but that is probably not that much data...)
