And isn't the IRC the place where downloads are so slow that you can
watch the movie (or whatever) on TV already... before the download
(interrupted by reigns of the queens/kings of the irc channel) has ended?

No, SIR! IRC is definately not an option for leechers it's a annoying
pain in the ASS! Hopefully the IRC will be gone somewhen and all the
bandwidth will be used for reasonable P2P leeches instead of letting
those low-/no-lifes pushing their FUD around!
