It appears that the 11 mb that the hubs are reporting
is in fact the default shared_offset value from my
directconnect.ini.  I am not sharing _anything_ to DC
peers.

This strikes me as very odd, because all of my files
show up properly in the "uploads" tab with non-zero
uploaded values (presumably to the eDonkey network). 
It smells to me as though something is quite wrong
with the DC plugin.
