After some search i've solved the problem :)

I see in the apxs's man page:

This is  achieved  by building  a  Dynamic  Shared  Object  (DSO)  from one or more source or object files which then can be loaded into the Apache server under runtime via the </x-tad-bigger><x-tad-bigger>LoadModule</x-tad-bigger><x-tad-bigger> directive from </x-tad-bigger><x-tad-bigger>mod_so. .../...
> </x-tad-bigger>

So in my httpd.conf i have to place the AddModule mod_so.c before the LoadModule of the caml mod !
I've tested with the hello.cmo scripts and it works fine ;)
