I can't really see the need for this. Consider; timeout occurs if a
program is restarted to many times, so something has to be wrong and
the best solution is then simply to notify someone, or ?
BTW, does the new depend stuff work as expected? I haven't had time to
test it (I will), I'm just wondering since if it's okay we can starte
to go into release mode :)
