I think this means we keep the current start/stop/restart command line
arguments.
Actually I am still +1 on it. Guys, you must have an opinion about
that. I think a "0" could be used if you do not matter about it or
really canT decide be (no knowledge...). Even if you think it just
MIGHT not be good simply say "-1"... instead of giving a none vote...
just to please someone.
And Hauk you are right about, "An abstention may have detrimental effects
if too many people abstain." We are just four people so every opinion
counts.
