Hi,

i've added topics from discussion to the todo list:

By default i have set the priority of new items to LOW and the person 
who proposed the feature is marked "responsible" - it is absolutely 
tentative, please modify the info to taste :) (remove responsibility, 
change priority, description, add/remove item, etc.)

P.S. I have added speech alert support topic which i proposed few weeks 
(months?) ago. It is the last item in the list, audio sample attached.
