monit 4.2 release?

Hi,

because of few non-critical bugs discovered/fixed recently (several 
possible parser crashes, /proc ring move protection, parser line 
reporting), we can maybe release new version soon.

I think it will be good to wait for:

- directory structure refactoring
- invalid line number report correction (parser)

Because few new minor features were added as well (and possibly new 
directory structure), probably "4.2" could be good version candidate.

Event engine and SMTP refactoring could be added in some next release 
(it will be quite big shot to the code and it is hard to say when they 
will be finished because of limited resources).
