ChangeLog: 

* guitone.pro: don't call lupdate and lrelease automatically at the end of
the file, since we cannot ensure the binaries are a) in the path and b)
named like this (f.e. on Fedora "lrelease" happens to be "lrelease-qt4")
* README: ...updated accordingly; also raised Qt requirement to 4.3 since
apparently Qt 4.2 can't compile ui files created with uic 4.3 (which uses
new methods for box layouts which do not exist in 4.2)
