ChangeLog: 

* DiffParser.h/.cpp: support for "no newline at the end of the file" chunk
lines (fixes FS#13); rewrote line parsing
* GetFile.h/.cpp: reuse the DiffLine::State enum in favour of 
ContentLine::Marker; rewrote code which applies the diff to the output of
get_file; prev/next skipping still buggy / not working
* GetFileProxyModel.cpp: ...adapted wrt the changes in GetFile
* ContentDiff.cpp: ...adapted wrt the changes in DiffParser.h/.cpp
* NEWS: noted the changes
* TODO: list missing / buggy stuff to fix before the next release
