ChangeLog: 

The monotone directory can now be configured!

* m4/thirdparty.m4: New file containing logic to probe for third-party
  libraries using pkg-config and/or <library>-config executables.
* Makefile.in (monotone/Makefile): Not necessary to set CPPFLAGS or
  LDFLAGS on configure command line.
* idna: Rename to idn, more consistent with upstream.
* autogen.sh, configure.ac, lua/configure.ac, netxx/configure.ac: 
  Update to match.
* sqlite/Makefile.am: Install libsqlite3.a, not libsqlite.a, consistent with
  the .pc file.
* monotone/configure.ac: Uncomment all the MTN_3RDPARTY_LIB lines and the
  MTN_REMOVE_REDUNDANT_LIB_SWITCHES line.
