The reason is that we changed this yesterday on nel, nelns and snowballs. So
if you got only nelns, your nel is not up to date.
You should work with CVS instead of the daily tarball and always update nel
and nelns and snowballs in the same time. (It's quicker than downloading all
the tarball each time)
