[Nel] Nelns Compilation On Windows2000

I download "nelns.tar.gz", and want to compile it on Windows 2000.

When i compile the project "admin_executor_service", I get an error as below:

error C2039: 'getInstance' : is not a member of 'IService' 
---------------------------------------

So i check the file "nel/src/net/service.h". There is no such member function 
"getInstance" for the class "IService". What can i do for the problem?
