Why would they cut you off?

In any case if you have internet access, can you not use

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?tab=rm#inbox

Not ideal but at least you can continue sending/receiving email.

You can change the behavior to *keep in inbox* at least until you debug this
problem.
