[Nuxeo-localizer] Cookie problem

I have two LocalContent objects, one is in a root folder, another in 
ordinary subfolder.
When I change language for one LocalContent object, and then go to the 
second LocalContent object, its language remains  as was set previously 
for that object (LOCALIZER_LANGUAGE cookie remains previous)
But I need  LOCALIZER_LANGUAGE cookie to change for all LocalContent 
objects in a root folder.
How can I solve this problem?

I do not have Localizer object in a root folder.
