Hi,

It's a quite strange error. The traceback makes think that
at least one MO file is corrupted (in the Localizer/locale
directory), so you can try to rebuild them and see what
happens.

But if this was really the problem I think it should happen
systematically.

The simplest solution is just to remove the MO files, if you
don't care about having the Localizer management screens only
in english.

But if you want to help me to isolate the problem you'll have to
do some debugging, as I can't reproduce it..
