Details:
I have installed Octave 4.4.1 on my machine, which is running Lubuntu 19.04.
It's a 64-bit system. I installed Octave via Lubuntu's software center
utility.
When trying to use the bin2dec function, I get the following result:
octave:1> bin2dec('011')
fatal: caught signal Segmentation fault -- stopping myself...
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
I uninstalled and reinstalled Octave, and still get the same result.
