Details:

I use the command and and editor windows undocked from the main Octave main
window. 

If I close the command window and then use the main window's Window menu item
Show Command Window to reopen the command window, I end up with a very small
floating command window. This window is too small to show any text etc. Also,
this window is not able to be resized with the mouse or by any other means I
can see. 

To rectify I have to restart Octave.
