Follow-up Comment #23, bug #47480 (project octave):
OK, I just removed the last remaining occurrences of __octave_config_info__
(in __init_io__.m).
No different code paths needed, but io will now depend on Octave >= 4.0.0 (5
years old, backwards-compatible enough IMO).
On a related note:
How stable will the related "__have-feature__ ()" function be?
That is also used in some places in io.
