Details:

Since a few days, when listing the OF packages with "pkg list", loaded global
packages aren't shown with an "*" asterisk.
The last installed version where it worked fine was a tip from Oct. 8.

That some globally installed packages are loaded is easily verified using
"which <some_loaded_package_function>"

Formally I think it's a regression but this bug is merely cosmetic.
