Details:

If you `./bootstrap; ./configure` msh on a system without FEniCS Dolfin
installed, you get this message:


configure: WARNING: dolfin headers could not be found, som functionalities
will be disabled, don't worry your package will still be working, though.


That has a typo, and uses comma splices.

Here's a patch to fix it up.

This is just cosmetic; low priority.
