Installing Octave 7.1.0 from .exe after uninstalling a working Octave 6.4.0
results with following behavior when running the GUI shortcut.

- Both CLI and GUI open
- Anything types/displayed on either of CLI or GUI Command window is shown on
both
- GUI crashes after a while (seen once) with CLI staying with error code
