Follow-up Comment #3, bug #64277 (project octave):
The shortcuts are stored in the same file as the other GUI settings. If you
have two instances open, make changes to the settings in one of them, close
this instance and close the second instance later, this second instance might
overwrite some of the settings previously changed and stored by the first
instance.
