Follow-up Comment #2, bug #64711 (project octave):
In addition to the commas, I've made 'professor' plural. I think the
apostrophe is correct, because the professor is a member of the set of
professors of both authors. It might be more clear in one sense to say 'one of
the professors of one of the authors, Octave Levenspiel', but that would make
it seem that the name belonged to the author rather than to the professor.
Another possibility is: '... it is actually the name of Octave Levenspiel, a
former professor of one of the authors. He wrote a famous textbook on chemical
reaction engineering, and he was also well known ...'.
