Thanks for the changeset. I checked it in here

I made one modification which is to insert the new warning ID in alphabetical
order in the file warning_ids.m. Also, for the commit message we document the
function that is being changed in a C++ file by enclosing it in parentheses
after the name of the file. For example,
* pt-bytecode-vm.cc (maybe_compile_or_compiled): Call warning_with_id()
instead of just warning().
Marking bug as Fixed and closing report.
