Imho, we should try to make the test suite resilient against these kinds of
errors if possible.

If I understand correctly, the GUI tries to queue commands that open the
respective file in the built-in editor. But it might happen that the current
folder already changed when the commands in the queue get to be executed. In
that case, the file from the test case can no longer be found and the error
message occurs.

Does the attached patch avoid those error messages from the GUI during
`__run_test_suite__` for you?
