Follow-up Comment #17, bug#65285 (group octave):

I also saw the two-line gap and thought it was tolerable compared to several
patches before when the link would jump you just below the heading, pushing it
up and offscreen.   that was why i originally had put the anchors and
subheading commands on the same line, as it was the only way to force the jump
to the right location.  i saw you just separated them in another cset.
assuming they jump to consistent / acceptable locations now?
