Update of bug#65384 (group octave):

                 Summary: image 'cdata' property fails to update
class-dependent color behavior => image clim and climmode properties
improperly set for RGB and integer cdata

Follow-up Comment #5:

confirmed that doesn't cause any test suite errors.  I'll work up a patch
against default with some BISTs including an xfail for that
