When installing Octave for Windows with one of the distributed installers, a
shortcut "Bash Shell" is added to the Windows Start menu. That shortcut opens
a shell (bash) which allows to execute any of the programs bundled with Octave
for Windows.
However, the Octave launcher isn't found on the PATH by default.
