The only "virus scanner" I have is Windows Defender. But it was here also when
I wrote the Comment #8

I don't know if this is relevant, but:

1) Core isolation is OFF;
2) TPM is ON;
3) Secure boot is ON;
4) Data encryption (Bitlocker) is ON

Screen record from Windows Task Manager while loading LTFAT is attached.
