This is not needed.  The Privacy field just makes it possible to mark the bugs
that should be invisible for non-members.  Anyway, this bug is also only
visible for a limited set of people because it was marked as spam.

I think the issue of distributing proprietary works has a higher priority.  In
this particular case, can you outline the parts in the original post that
shouldn't be distributed?
