Name of console mode gnuplot binary seem to be determined as 'gnuplot.exe'

Hello

I have checked out the cvs trees of gnuplot and found that the following in the 
ChangeLog. 

2008-11-21  Petr Mikulik  <c>

        * config/makefile.mgw: Targets are wgnuplot.exe, wgnuplot_pipes.exe,
        gnuplot.exe; pgnuplot.exe is kept as it was until now.


Perhaps in the next release, it is required to delete to search pgnuplot for 
octave for mingw and MSVC in the next octave release.
