Well, sorry for the mistake. I sure would like to hire you, though I am just a
grunt analyst in State Govt... Just for the sake of argument, could you bid on
an RFP gracefully and easily?

I would don the "freeloader" mantle freely, but I do hope to contribute *both*
code and unsolicited advice ;) My baby patches will be submitted shortly...
