Right, there is a texinfo-tex RPM in the Fedora 15 repository,
but this has as dependencies texlive-2007.  texlive-2007 is
quite out-of-date now.  It is likely true that it would work to use
this package with --nodeps set, but it is easier to use the texi
scripts form other sources.

The problem is that there is no texinfo which is maintained for
the current texlive.
