Translation of project description for 6.1 release

Dear Translators,

Besides the translation of the gui strings, we would very much
appreciate if you could also translate the short octave project
descriptions in the two files

  ./octave.doap
  ./etc/icons/org.octave.Octave.appdata.xml

which are also attached to this mail.

The translated text is directly included within the same files. If you
have finished (or checked) the translation, please post the modified
files as attachments into the related bug #57490 report
