[Octave-patch-tracker] [patch #7857] Replace dynamic casts of GUI/IDE editor with more slots/signals configuration

Follow-up Comment #2, patch #7857 (project octave):

I noticed that with the changes _terminal and _main_window aren't used
anywhere inside file_editor class.  The updated patch removes those variables
and cleans up the class and inherited constructors accordingly.
