Follow-up Comment #5, patch #8644 (project octave):
Ok, I've attached a patch against specfun, which extends the existing
functions.
Should I also submit against the 4.2.0 branch? I'm not sure of the procedure
for moving files over to core and keeping their history (an "hg transplant"?)
