Yes, I could do that.  Although I feel core is better because SymPy's codegen
features target Octave, not Octave+Symbolic.

OTOH, putting it in Symbolic avoids having symbolic depend on specfun pkg
(which is sort of does right now).

But then Symbolic and Specfun will shadow each other :(

What would you want to do?
