Follow-up Comment #27, patch #8783 (project octave):

Greetings Philip,

I though I had replied to your most recent post, but it seems that it didn't
go through.  Anyway, here is a patch that makes the changes you asked for.  (I
had always planned to move the tests into the .cc file, but didn't want to
have to recompile every time I tweaked a test.)

Let me know if you want anything else from me, such as fixing it to make a
standalone .oct file.
