Follow-up Comment #24, patch #9440 (project octave): I was curious about the way the flatpak runtimes layer on each other. So if a bug or security issue is fixed in the Freedesktop runtime, it doesn't automatically propagate to the layers that are built on it? The KDE runtime will have to be rebuilt, and then the Octave app will also have to be rebuilt?
