Follow-up Comment #2, patch #9586 (project octave):
Any thoughts on whether you will work on implementing the 'missing' class in
Octave?
Otherwise I think this function is not very useful without the 'missing' type
to go along with it, and the semantics of what a 'missing' type means when
converted to various other types. As is, I think this patch item should be
closed unless you are planning to do more work on this.
