Follow-up Comment #8, patch #9606 (project octave):

I completely agree with Hartmut.
We do not have enough volume yet for Vision package.

In the past I thought about creating a vision toolbox, that 
will use OpenvCV, using mexopencv (https://kyamagu.github.io/mexopencv/) or
python API (as done in octsympy), but it seems like a too big project, that I
cannot handle now.
